USER’S ACKNOWLEDGEMENT

  1. You promise to keep all communications private and not to post them on the internet or elsewhere.
  2. You acknowledge that you will invest for a minimum of three years before you are able to request a withdrawal.
  3. Each individual portfolio will be managed hands on to specifically increase portfolio growth while decreasing risk. Meetings are held quarterly and are available to all investors and potential investors. Further, quarterly statements are provided to reflect each individual's portfolio return.
  4. The suggestions, investment strategies, and projections will differ based on a variety of factors, including (but not limited to) execution time, speed, and quality, market liquidity, commissions and other costs, and overall market conditions and volatility. These suggestions, investment strategies, forecasts, goods, or services are not guaranteed to be lucrative or effective in any manner. You, the user, accept that neither I nor Trot Capital are liable for any losses, damages, or emotional distress resulting from any of the information, suggestions, investment strategies, forecasts, goods, or services available on or linked to the site.

TERMS

In order to contract with Trot Capital,  you must be over 18 years of age and possess a valid credit or debit card issued by a bank acceptable to us. Trot Capital  retains the right to refuse any request made by you.

Subscriptions

Subscription: By purchasing a Monthly Subscription, you agree to pay the then-current Subscription fee of $50, $150 or 300 on an initial and recurring basis, and you accept responsibility for all further payments until your subscription is discontinued. You may cancel your Subscription at any time, subject to the terms and conditions of our cancellation policy.

AUTOMATIC MONTHLY RENEWAL TERMS: Once you've enrolled, we'll automatically process the cost of your Subscription during the following payment period. We will continue to automatically process your Subscription payments at the then-current Subscription fee until you cancel your subscription.

Payment Methods

We accept payment through credit card, debit card, and PayPal/Venmo. Verify that you have read and understood the terms and conditions and privacy policies of each payment service provider you use.

All fees are exclusive of all taxes, levies, and duties imposed by taxing authorities, and you are solely responsible for payment of all such taxes, levies, and duties.

We do not process Refunds for subscription services.

Non-payment.

If you fail to pay any sums owed to us, we may suspend your services until payment is received.

 

Disclaimer of Liability
